ENTRY LEVEL DSLR's CANON EOS 1100D VS NIKON D3100

Entry Level DSLR Review

Canon EOS 1100D vs Nikon D3100

Today we’re going to review two of the most popular Entry Level DSLR’s

NIKON D3100

The Nikon D3100 is the entry level offering from Nikon which boasts 1080p HD Video Recording at 24fps(frames per second) in MOV format and car record upto 10 minutes on a standard 4GB card, It has a 14.2 MP CMOS Image Sensor (23.1x15.4 mm) with ISO sensitivity 100 to 3200 though with boost you can reach upto ISO 6400. It is incorporated with many features found on expensive DSLRs and has Nikon’s EXPEED2 image processing Engine.
This is a very lucrative choice for both beginners and experienced photographers also can be used as a second professional camera for professionals, has many appealing features for enthusiasts.
Pros:
·         Lots of Features
·         1080p HD Recording                                        Price `26000(with VR 18-55 Kit Lens)
Smaller and Lighter
·         Good Ergonomics
Cons:
·         ISO Range upto 3200(Though could reach 6400 on boost)
·         Battery Backup

CANON EOS 1100D (Rebel T3)

The Canon EOS 1100D is also indeed a very good entry level DSLR which is more appealing in terms of price and would attract buyers on a tight budget but it has only 720p HD Video Recording capability though has a 12.2 MP CMOS Sensor and has a slight better kit lens and has a ISO range of 100-6400 which makes it pretty flexible for taking different shots whether on low light conditions or fast moving pictures. Sadly both have only a 230K LCD which is not at all appealing to the photographers.

Pros:
High ISO Sensitivity 100-6400                                                 Price `24240(with EF S18-55 Kit Lens)
·         Battery Backup
·         Price
Cons:
·         No Full HD i.e. 1080p Recording

Trip to Rao Madho Singh Museum, Kota,Rajasthan.

The unofficial guide to most rare tourist spots in India which itineraries miss

1. Kota's RaoMadhoSingh Museum

Dt: 7 November, 2012

Today I went to the Rao Madho Singh Museum in Kota, Rajasthan accidentally or I would rather like to say that it was meant to be part of our tour...... somehow god made that tour possible...

Though this place rarely get any visitors as compared to it's counterparts as the Phenomenal "Udaipur City Palace" in Udaipur,Rajasthan. but is not so bad after all as it is more like a neglected one but I'm sure that people visiting that palace would find something really obnoxious about this place..

As they have all hunting and battle arms on display with the stuffed specimen of more than 5 tigers, 1 Indian Lion, Gharial(Alligator), and numerous other wild animals but even if you are an Animal Lover you won't be so much distressed by seeing those stuffed animals.... but rather amused by the royal leisure activities.

the museum is a very secluded place and hardly anyone would have heard about it, not even the local's have seen it... but If you ever get to Kota.. it's my advice to visit the Rao Madho Singh Museum. near the Kota Barrage....

HOMEMADE TOMATO CAPSICUM PIZZA RECIPE

HOMEMADE TOMATO CAPSICUM PIZZA RECIPE

So, you finally got yourself into making a pizza at home...
Pizza is a fairly easy recipe and a lot tasty...

let's begin with the recipe let's check on some prerequisites which are

You should have a Convection Oven and the better the oven I mean the oven which could be heated to 300-500 degree Celsius would be recommended..

Now for the base (Alternatively you could buy a ready made pizza base from a nearby bakery)

Ingredients:

2 tsp Olive Oil
500 gms all purpose/White Flour(Maida)
10 gms Dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Let's get started with the base:

Dissolve your dried yeast and sugar in a bit of your lukewarm water and stir well. Let the yeast sit for 20 minutes. Sift the flour, add the olive oil and the salt to it, and then the yeast and the rest of the water. Knead well - this takes 10 to 15 minutes! Then let the dough sit for 2 hours for the yeast to work. Knead again, roll out and it's ready to use. But, Make corners more thicker for the crust
Bake your pizza in the oven at maximum temperature. Yes, that's full whack. A pizza oven does 400 C, so if your oven does less (and it does), pump it up to the max.

A Pizza Stone would really be very helpful to make the crust better.

Now bake the base for about 20-30 minutes, check occasionally

Now for the toppings

Readymade Pizza Spread
250 gms Chopped Capsicum/Green Pepper
400 gms Chopped Tomatoes
Ground Black Pepper
250 gms Cheese preferably Mozzarella Cheese

1. Now Take out the Base and Spread the Pizza Spread evenly or alternatively you could use Tomato Sauce.
2. Spread chopped Tomatoes and Capsicum
3. Now cover them with thin cheese slices and sprinkle the Black Pepper
4. bake it for another 10 minutes on low heat

and Wallah your Pizza is ready. Garnish it with grated cheese and serve hot with Mustard Sauce
